Workshop Overview

The focus of this workshop will be on the Species at Risk Act (SARA), the Migratory Bird Convention Act (MBCA), and on designing effective mitigation/avoidance strategies to address these two pieces of federal legislation.  Through group discussions, participants will learn how to design environmental assessment content to comply with MBCA and SARA.
